Overview of the Chief Financial Officer Role:



  • Supervise 12 employees in the accounting department

  • Manage investor relationships

  • Oversee all accounting operations and internal controls

  • Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning

  • Oversee maintenance and upgrades of financial systems


Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred

  • Minimum five years of management experience and seven years of accounting and finance experience

  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in NetSuite or another major ERP system

  • Knowledge of GAAP

  • Ability communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines

Salary: $130,300 - $160,600 depending on experience
