What You’ll Be Doing as a Staff Accountant

• Handle cash activity and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across multiple accounts


• Support monthly close activities, including journal entries and account analysis


• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities


• Assist with financial statement preparation and provide variance explanations


• Monitor and reconcile fixed assets and related schedules


• Review financial data to identify discrepancies and prepare correcting entries


• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning


• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions related to financial results


• Assist with sales tax filings and regulatory reporting


• Contribute to audit preparation and respond to audit requests


• Help improve processes through internal reviews and identifying inefficiencies


• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a professional environment


• Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals


• Experience with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)


• Intermediate Excel skills (comfortable with formulas, data analysis, etc.)


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
