Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, industrial services company in Southeast Houston that’s making big moves and growing exponentially.
As part of this growth, they are strengthening their accounting team and adding a Senior Accountant to support increased financial reporting, operational complexity, and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full accounting cycle while partnering closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do As A Senior Accountant:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes


• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements


• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls


• Partner with operations and leadership to improve processes and reporting accuracy


• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


• Support audits and work closely with external auditors


• Drive process improvements and assist with system enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting


• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills


• A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
