We’re partnering with a well-established organization in the Dayton–Cincinnati area that’s continuing to grow its accounting team. They’re looking for a Senior Accountant who wants more than just another close cycle — this is a role with real ownership, visibility, and a clear path to keep moving up.

What you’ll be doing
• Owning key parts of the month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Analyzing results and helping leadership understand what’s driving the numbers through variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing process improvements as the business grows
• Working closely with other departments to strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline workflows

What they’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close
• Someone who wants to keep taking on more responsibility and grow their career
