SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
We have been engaged by a large, global company based in Atlanta as they seek to hire an experienced Senior Accountant - Consolidated Reporting. The Senior Accountant will have varied responsibilities that include: consolidated reporting, foreign currency translations, GAAP compliance, month-end close, journal entries, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CPA track
2‑5+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of GAAP / GL Accounting
Advanced Excel proficiency (including INDEX MATCH, V/X LOOKUPS, etc)
Experience working in a larger, complex company preferred.
Preference given to those with Big 4 public accounting (audit)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Track record of career stability
