Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team and gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their skill set, take ownership of general ledger activities, and contribute to accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records


• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards


• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate variances


• Assist with month-end and period-end close activities


• Maintain supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews


• Partner with senior team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

What You Bring as the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience


• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations


• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP preferred)


• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
