Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple government contracting clients


• Manage and review month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations


• Lead accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll


• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, and DCAA regulations


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis


• Oversee audits (financial, DCAA, incurred cost)


• Work directly with clients to deliver accounting support and insights


• Identify areas for improvement and help streamline processes

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of accounting experience in government contracting


• Strong hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint


• Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations


• Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, and DCAA compliance


• Experience leading accounting functions and teams


• Ability to work in a client-facing environment supporting multiple entities


• Background in consulting, advisory, or public accounting environments preferred


• Experience working with multiple clients or business units preferred
