Overview of the CFO role:

• The CFO will ensure compliance of all regulatory standards


• Reconcile subledgers


• Oversee an accounting staff of 3-5


• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial data and reports


• Prepare and present financial projections


• Prepare and present budgets for assigned programs


• Assist with other projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the CFO:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting


• 10+ years of nonprofit experience and 5 years supervisory experience


• Grant accounting experience


• CPA strongly preferred
