What you will enjoy doing:
Operate and execute VHP cycles (evacuation, heating, pressing, and cooling)
Assemble and align precision die sets and load raw materials
Monitor vacuum integrity and hydraulic pressure throughout runs
Maintain detailed batch records and equipment logs for quality control
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
Organize and perform housekeeping in the guidelines of 5S
Support operations in other departments and operate equipment, including lathes, cutting and fabrication equipment, chemical refining, and bonding
Participate in productivity projects to improve efficiency of operations
What makes you great:
High School Diploma or GED and experience reading and understanding mechanical drawings is preferred
Three to five (3-5) years of manufacturing experience required
Familiar with vacuum and thermal systems
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment is required
Strong mathematic skills are required
Ability to work 2nd shift
Mechanically inclined is preferred
Proficiency in the use of all common machine shop equipment and tools and measuring devices
Basic computer and math skills
