Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr+ Shift: 1st shift, 6:00am
2:30pm Monday

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:
Setting up, operating, and monitoring bonding mill equipment per production orders and specifications.
Loading, aligning, and feeding metal stock through the mill to achieve required product characteristics.
Monitoring process parameters such as rolling pressures, temperatures, and speeds to ensure product quality.
Inspecting finished materials using precision measuring tools and recording production/inspection data.
Performing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Operating cranes, forklifts, or hoists for material handling.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and supporting safety rules.
Supporting roll changes, tooling setups, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
Bring prior experience in metals manufacturing, rolling mills, or heavy machine operation (preferred).
Possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
Are able to read technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Are proficient with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Communicate effectively and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Can work in hot, noisy, industrial environments and lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
Will wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) at all times.
