Korean Bilingual Production Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the production line and ensuring stable manufacturing performance for Energy Storage Systems (ESS). The position leads daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role manages workflow, coordinates team activities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the production line to ensure production targets and operational goals are achieved
Monitor and manage production performance indicators, including OEE, productivity, yield, and downtime
Support production planning activities, including scheduling, manpower allocation, and task assignment
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
Track key production metrics and drive performance improvements
Prepare production reports and communicate operational status to management
Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations
Language: Fluent in English; Korean preferred
Experience

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
Experience managing production lines and driving process improvement
Experience working with manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or MES preferred
Physical Requirements

Must be able to properly and regularly utilize required PPE for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required
Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
Day or night shift depending on production schedule
