SCM Analyst
As the SCM Analyst, you will:
Support execution of the company's supply chain operations to ensure effective material flow, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business requirements
Analyze customer operational requirements and industry standards to support compliant processes and strengthen OEM customer relationships
Support development, standardization, and monitoring of end-to-end operational processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and customer requirements
Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and data accuracy
Support daily logistics execution, including shipping order releases to 3PL warehouses, shipment monitoring, and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) verification
Perform inventory transactions (receiving, shipping, sub-inventory movements, model changes, returns, scrap, and adjustments) in accordance with established procedures
Conduct daily inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective and preventive actions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Management
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% (domestic and international)
Preferred:
Bilingual in both Korean & English
Automotive industry experience
