Salary: $65,000-80,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity:
A rapidly growing, nationwide manufacturer and distributor of event furnishings is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. This role focuses heavily on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash application, and bank reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Manage full Accounts Receivable cycle: invoicing, collections, and aging reports


• Apply and post payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) and resolve discrepancies


• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts


• Support month-end close, audits, AR reporting (aging, cash receipts), and AP

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AR or related accounting experience


• Strong NetSuite experience (AR modules, reporting, payment application)


• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reconciliation work)


• Solid understanding of core accounting principles


• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Experience in high-volume or multi-entity AR environments


• Familiarity with electronic payment systems


• Strong communication skills
