Salary: $58,000–$68,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity:

We are a well-established specialized manufacturer looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our team! This role is heavily focused on managing the full AR cycle, cash application, payment posting, and bank reconciliations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. NetSuite experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Cash Application Analyst:

• Apply and post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately


• Resolve billing discrepancies


• Bank and credit card reconciliations


• Accounts Receivable - invoicing, customer account maintenance, and aging report


• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to improve collections efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AR, cash application or relevant accounting experience


• NetSuite experience


• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)


• Experience in high-volume, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing environments
