Salary $170,000 – 190,000 plus 20-25% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• The Controller is responsible for U.S. accounting, financial close, and trial balance ownership.


• The Controller is accountable for month‑end close accuracy and timeliness, manufacturing cost accounting, process improvements, and strengthening controls in a private‑equity environment.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
