Job title: Controller
Location: Near Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $110,000-$120,000

Key Responsibilities (Controller):

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across a small, dedicated team (Staff Accountant, Cost Accountant, AP)


• Own the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement of the close calendar


• Manage manufacturing accounting functions, including inventory, cost accounting, WIP, standard costing, and variance analysis


• Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insight that supports production efficiency and profitability

Qualifications (Controller):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred


• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong month-end exposure preferred
