Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant
to join its finance team. This is a high-visibility role with a

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
month-end close process , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review
monthly financial statements and management reports
Perform
cost accounting , inventory analysis, and manufacturing variance analysis
Support
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
initiatives
Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
Partner closely with operations and plant leadership to support business decisions
Assist with audits, tax support, and special accounting projects
Identify opportunities for
process improvements and scalability
as the company grows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Manufacturing accounting experience required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience (senior accountant or manager level)
Strong understanding of
inventory, cost accounting, and month-end close
ERP system experience preferred
CPA or CMA a plus, but not required
Hands-on, proactive mindset with interest in leadership growth
