We’re partnering with a Denver‑based organization seeking a Senior Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Lead components of the monthly & quarterly close


• Support 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings (tie-outs, schedules, disclosures)


• Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition across subscription revenue streams


• Partner with FP&A, content, and engineering teams


• Analyze content costs & capitalization


• Strengthen internal controls + SOX compliance


• Senior Accountant will perform technical accounting research & documentation


• Support AP processes as needed

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance


• Experience in public accounting + industry


• Strong U.S. GAAP + close processes


• Exposure to SEC reporting is a plus


• Advanced Excel skills
