Location: SAN ANTONIO
Compensation: $125,000 to $135,000 USD + bonus

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis in support of strategy and executive decision making
Develop, refine, and automate Excel-based models to enhance visibility across 200+ wells and ongoing drilling programs
Extract, analyze, and synthesize data from accounting system (Wolfpack) and reserves database for clear business reporting
Partner with VP of Finance and CEO to deliver ad hoc analytics, presentations, and special projects on demand
Contribute to oil & gas product marketing analytics; opportunity to expand scope into pricing, exposure, and commercial support

EXPERIENCE
Bachelors - Finance, Accounting, or Similar
5+ years of finance, FP&A, or financial modeling experience in oil & gas, energy, or related sector
Expert-level Excel skills, with ability to leverage lookups, Power Query, macros, and advanced formulas for financial analysis
Track record of delivering strategic reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership
