Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with general accounts payable tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Some prior accounting or accounts payable experience
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

$50,000–$55,000 annually
