Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Accountant, you will:
Lead month-end and quarterly close processes
Prepare budgets and forecasts to support development and investment decisions
Manage general ledger activity and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Partner with banks and investors by preparing financial information and reports
Oversee AP and AR processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
We are open to strong accounting professionals who bring:
Experience within commercial real estate or development environments
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with the ability to work independently
Experience with month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting
