Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Perform cost analysis, margin analysis, and variance reporting across production lines and product categories.
- Support monthly financial reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, KPI tracking, and budget-to-actual analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and operational decision‑making.
- Partner with operations to analyze production efficiency, scrap, labor utilization, and material usage.
- Prepare dashboards, financial summaries, and presentations for leadership.
- Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ad‑hoc analytical projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling). Experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Ability to interpret data, explain trends, and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.

- Strong communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects.
