What You’ll Do:

  Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)

  Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Develop processes and controls to support growth and efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and guide junior staff as the department expands

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare to step into the Controller role

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  
  


• 
  

  7+ years of accounting/finance experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership potential with a drive to grow into a Controller role

  
  


• 
  

  CPA preferred, but not required
