LoanPro Systems & Operations Specialist

Overview
Our client is seeking a LoanPro Systems & Operations Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the LoanPro platform. Their team manages a complex loan portfolio and is currently experiencing significant operational strain as they transition to the new system. This role will help streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and ensure the organization fully leverages LoanPro’s automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

LoanPro Implementation & Configuration
• Act as the internal expert for LoanPro throughout implementation and post‑launch.
• Configure system workflows, rules, and automations to match operational needs.
• Translate complex loan structures into accurate system setups.
• Collaborate with LoanPro support and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation within LoanPro.
• Develop standardized procedures for loan servicing, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Reduce manual, repetitive work by building system-driven workflows.
• Monitor system usage and proactively address bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Data Quality & Reporting
• Oversee data migration and maintain ongoing data accuracy within the platform.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

Training & Cross-Functional Support
• Train team members on LoanPro features, workflows, and best practices.
• Serve as the bridge between operations, finance, compliance, and technology teams.
• Provide ongoing support as staff adapt to new systems and processes.

Qualifications
• Experience with LoanPro or similar loan servicing/portfolio management systems.
• Strong understanding of loan structures and servicing workflows.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and comfort supporting non-technical users.
• Project management or system implementation experience is a plus.
