Position Overview


The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.


Key Responsibilities




  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll coordination




  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling




  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires




  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives




  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws




  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly




  • Maintain HR systems and generate reports as needed




Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field




  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry




  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite




  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
