Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities of the Controller Role:

• Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight


• Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements


• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance procedures


• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning


• Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team


• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy


• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial goals

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller Role:

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior-level accounting leader


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
