Accounting Coordinator
Industrial Services company has a new permanent opportunity for an Accounting Coordinator due to growth. National company, recognized as an industry leader in their sector. The Accounting Coordinator works with various teams assisting with a broad range of accounting related matters. Approximate Salary of 65,000 - 80,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator:


  • Responsible for invoicing, payment estimates, payroll analysis, transportation expenses and ad hoc reports per contract details

  • Review and analyze billing reports to ensure timely receipt of receivables due

  • Analyze payment schedules throughout project cycles

  • Assist AP team on vendor and supplier payments per contract terms

  • Assist with cash management reporting

  • Function as the main point of contact for documents required for 3rd parties, suppliers, corporate, Managers and for compliance




Ideal Experience for the Accounting Coordinator Role:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related

  • 2+ years of AR, billing and/or accounting experience

  • Advanced Excel, experience working with large, complex data sets

  • Experience with project related billing/Accounting a plus

  • Experience in Manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial services and/or similar industries

  • Strong technology, systems skills

  • Strong communication skills
