Position: Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory

Location: Edwardsburg, MI (Onsite)

Overview of the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain and review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product costing within the ERP system.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and support reporting for plant leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• ERP system experience preferred; familiarity with inventory or costing modules is helpful.

Salary: $55,000–$68,000 annually depending on experience | Onsite in South Bend, Indiana
