Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with financial statement preparation
• Perform inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Support audits and internal control initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing or cost accounting exposure preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics highly preferred
• Strong GAAP and general ledger accounting knowledge
