Salary: $70,000 - $95,000

A privately owned construction management organization is in need of an AP/AR Manager. This role will oversee both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations while supervising a team of clerks and partnering closely with the Controller. Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead and supervise AP/AR clerks while remaining hands‑on with daily accounting operations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accurate, timely invoicing; oversee project setup, billing reviews, cash application, reconciliations, and aging analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Manage collections efforts and maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee AP processing, including vendor invoices, expense reports, coding, approvals, vendor maintenance, and payment runs

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with internal controls and support month‑end close activities for both AP and AR

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and deliver reporting on billings, aging, collections, and other accounting metrics
  

  
  

What You Need to Bring

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in AR, AP, or accounting operations

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years prior supervisory experience is a MUST

  
  


• 
  

  Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience

  
  

• 
  

  Familiarity with ERP systems such as Deltek, Vantagepoint, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar is a strong plus
