About the Role:
We are partnering with a highly regarded organization with an international footprint. They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger and Month-End Close
- Assist with the monthly close of the general ledger, including preparation and review of journal entries
- Prepare month-end accrual schedules and expense variance analyses
Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expenses
- Maintain prepaid expense and fixed asset schedules with supporting reconciliations
- Prepare monthly amortization and depreciation journal entries
Cash Management and Intercompany
- Record cash receipts and intercompany transfers with timely and accurate posting to the general ledger
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Ensure intercompany activity is properly reflected across all affiliate ledgers
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline
- Intercompany accounting experience is ideal, but not required
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- A motivated, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
- Excellent ERP/accounting systems experience
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
