Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a key operational area
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages
• Deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate performance drivers and trends
• Support accurate financial reporting through disciplined analytical review

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and/or accounting
• ERP experience and exposure to data/BI tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar) preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and/or accounting
