Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

Compensation:
$120,000–$145,000 base salary + 25% target bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and application of U.S. GAAP for complex transactions


• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities


• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidation processes


• Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and investor/lender reporting


• Develop and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures


• Mentor and develop team members while driving operational efficiencies and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)


• Active CPA license required


• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity


• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, including partnership and consolidation accounting


• Experience with HLBV, tax equity structures, or project-based accounting environments preferred
