Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: West Hartford, CT
Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accounts Payable Specialist):

• Create and maintain vendor records in SAP, including W‑9 management


• Process ACH, wire, and check payments and send remittances via JP Morgan Chase platform


• Resolve A/P discrepancies with vendors and internal departments


• Manage 1099 annual filings involving large data sets


• Oversee A/P and fixed asset postings in SAP

Preferred Qualifications (Senior Accounts Payable Specialist):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable


• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and strong Excel skills


• Solid understanding of GAAP


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills


• High attention to detail and accuracy
