Key Responsibilities (AP Supervisor):
- Create and maintain vendor records in SAP, including W‑9 management
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments and send remittances via JP Morgan Chase platform
- Resolve A/P discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Manage 1099 annual filings involving large data sets
- Oversee A/P and fixed asset postings in SAP
Preferred Qualifications (AP Supervisor):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and strong Excel skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
