We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate service calls and support field technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for Scheduling Coordinator:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill and location


• Communicate with customers and provide service updates


• Manage work orders from creation through completion


• Support technicians and coordinate parts as needed

Qualifications for Scheduling Coordinator:

• Dispatching or service industry experience preferred


• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills


• Comfortable with computers; dispatch software experience a plus


• HVAC or industrial knowledge is a bonus
