Senior Financial Analyst – SG&A / FP&A
📍 Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to step into a high‑impact SG&A / FP&A contract role supporting month‑end close, forecasting, and process improvement during a period of transition.
This is a hands‑on opportunity for a strong FP&A professional who can hit the ground running, partner with a global team, and ensure continuity of critical financial processes.
What You’ll Do
- Own SG&A month‑end close, accruals, and variance analysis
- Lead monthly and rolling forecasts; analyze trends and expenses
- Partner with and oversee a FP&A team based in Poland
- Improve and standardize processes; support dashboard adoption (Power BI)
What You Bring
- Proven SG&A / FP&A experience
- Strong month‑end close and forecasting background
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis)
- Collaborative, proactive working style
- Power BI and multinational experience a plus
