Position Summary
Alliance Air Services is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented FBO Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Perot Field in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role plays a vital part in delivering seamless, high-touch service to pilots, crew, and passengers. The FBO Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day operations, contribute to a positive team culture, and help maintain the efficiency and professionalism that define our customer experience.

Responsibilities
Aircraft and Service Coordination:
Communicate fuel order information to appropriate teams
Coordinate and track all miscellaneous service requests (LAV, potable water, oil, etc.)
Utilize software platforms to track inbound and outbound aircraft as well as service requests
Coordinate daily customer pull times
Coordinate international trash pickup and complete proper documentation
Prioritize operational tasks to ensure safe, efficient and upscale service is provided
Communication and Customer Interaction:
Maintain lines of communication with Line Operation Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, and Concierge department members through the use of two-way radios
Professionally communicate with pilots on inbound aircraft
Assist with passenger services as required
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Update service request status in real time through our digital platform
Communicate directly with Leads on shift to ensure cohesiveness and teamwork
Operational Oversight:
Maintain and operate gate movements
Complete weekly airport audits
Track weather conditions
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Adaptability to dynamic conditions and frequent interruptions
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and radio)
Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency
Commitment to safety for team members, airport operations, and FBO clients
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic technical aptitude for operational systems and equipment
Education and Experience
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in general aviation, FBO operations, or airport services
Experience in high-touch customer service environments (e.g., hospitality, aviation, concierge) preferred
Familiarity with aviation scheduling, dispatch, or ground support systems is a plus
