Overview
Trademark Aviation is seeking a
Weekend & Night Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our growing FBO team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in aviation, enjoys serving others, and takes pride in being the
first and last impression
our customers experience.
As a CSR, you are the
face of Trademark Aviation , delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to aircraft owners, pilots, and flight crews—day or night.
Position
Weekend & Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) – FBO
Trademark Aviation | McGregor Executive Airport (KPWG)
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, pilots, and crew
Coordinate aircraft services including
fueling, parking, hangar space, and ground handling
Communicate closely with the
line service team
to ensure seamless operations
Assist with
flight coordination , arrivals, departures, and special customer requests
Arrange or assist with
lodging, transportation, and concierge services
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming FBO environment
Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and service tracking
Uphold and deliver the
Trademark Experience
by consistently going above and beyond

Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently during nights and weekends
Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and service excellence
Prior aviation, FBO, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced aviation environment
Schedule
Nights and weekends
Must be flexible to support FBO operations and customer needs
