Job Title: Sage X3 Implementation Consultant

Location: Onsite – Reynoldsburg, Ohio
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

About the Role
We are seeking a Sage X3 Implementation Consultant with a strong accounting background to lead the financial side of our Sage X3 system implementation. This is a fully onsite position in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. You will partner with our IT implementation lead to ensure accounting processes, reporting, and compliance are successfully integrated into the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the financial workstream of the Sage X3 implementation project.

  Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate accounting and finance processes into Sage X3.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze data, configure processes, and support financial reporting within the system.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and deliver training materials to finance staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).

  
  


• 
  

  MBA preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ERP implementation experience; Sage X3 experience strongly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Solid knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to create effective training aids and communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
