Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000

Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and proactive attitudes. This role involves managing tenant billing, maintaining rent rolls, and supporting billing functions in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to assist across departments.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage tenant billing and accounts receivable
- Input leases into internal software
- Maintain and update rent roll
- Utilize Excel for formulas, summaries, and totals
- Handle chargebacks and maintain AR schedule
- Process miscellaneous invoices and billings
- Assist with other billing functions as needed
- Provide support to Accounts Payable when required

Qualifications – Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Previous AR experience: Real Estate/Property Management industry preferred
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Collaborative team player mindset
