Schedule: Full-time, On-Site
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Manager):

• Lead employee relations efforts including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions


• Partner with managers to provide coaching, guidance, and support on performance and team dynamics


• Support training initiatives and oversee LMS utilization


• Occasional local travel

Qualifications (Human Resources Manager):

• 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations


• PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
