Position Overview
The Controller will play a key leadership role within the accounting and finance function, overseeing day-to-day operations while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decision-making. This individual will manage a team of five direct reports and collaborate closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close


• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals


• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance processes


• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support business growth initiatives


• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting


• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
