Accounting Clerk


We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a short‑term project focused on reviewing sales tax documentation and communicating with customers. This is a detail‑oriented, on‑site role working closely with a small accounting team.


Responsibilities:



  • Review sales tax documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Contact customers by phone and email to request or clarify tax documents

  • Organize and track paperwork related to the project

  • Assist with general sales tax documentation support


Qualifications:



  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (entry‑level candidates welcome)

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Comfortable with phone and email communication

  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment

  • Prior accounting or sales tax exposure is a plus
