Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage cost accounting, inventory analysis, and standard costing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to operations and leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and performance tracking
• Assist with internal controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
