Ability to follow regulatory and clinical practice guidelines accurately.
Proficiency in using electronic health records and treatment documentation.

Experience working in long-term care or similar healthcare settings.
Supervisory experience with students or junior staff.
Familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) procurement and management.
Bilingual abilities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation facilities.
Knowledge of APTA standards and state practice acts.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences.
Ability to support and supervise students under a supervising Physical Therapist.
Availability to work scheduled days, adhering to facility policies.
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $38.19, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and supplies when applicable.
