Your job is to create an exceptional first impression and make every guest feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
Greet every service customer as they arrive at the dealership
Welcome customers at their vehicle with a friendly, professional attitude
Ensure customers feel comfortable, appreciated, and at home from the very first moment
Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
Maintain a positive, upbeat presence throughout the day
Requirements
A naturally friendly, outgoing personality
Someone who enjoys interacting with the public
Strong customer service mindset
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliability and punctuality
Benefits
Compensation: $30,000.00 per year plus bonus paid semi-monthly
