Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include:
Monitoring ongoing loads from corrugator that are feeding into the machines
Performing a variety of tasks while machine runs to supplement activities of other team members.
Machine set up
Removing sheets from machine when necessary (jams, warps)
Stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What You Need to Succeed:
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
Ability to climb with ink buckets weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic mechanical ability to operate tools, set up and adjust machine
Basic math skills to count production quantities, measure raw materials and finished product
Prior experience working on a FFG machine or other similar equipment a plus
REQUIRED to work daily OVERTIME, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

The starting rate is $23.75 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 10 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
