Come join our team! We are hiring experienced LTC/Subacute/Vent LPN for all shifts (every other weekend) FULL TIME EVERY SHIFT - Sign on bonus up to $2000 after 90 days
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $31.94 - $34.88 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct care to residents and duties performed by C.N.A.'s and to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times
Care and safety of all residents under the guidance and direction of the charge nurse and supervisor
Accountable of narcotics, sedatives, and stimulants on the unit (sole carrier of narcotic keys)
Receive report from the previous shift - making note of any changes in residents condition
Make rounds of all residents
Administration and documentation of treatments, and medications that are ordered by physician and other services
Responsible for transcribing physician orders (including telephone orders) and ordering lab work and pharmacy orders when indicated in the absence of the charge nurse
