We are looking to hire general utility/production associates for a brand new plant in Davenport! If you are looking to be part of something new which will present plenty of opportunity for growth/career advancement and looking for great hours w/ overtime included, please apply.
Responsibilities
Maintain all production areas in clean and sanitary conditions.
Communicate any issues leading to unsanitary conditions promptly.
Remove product and packing materials from the floor and properly dispose of inedible products.
Separate and remove trash and recycling from production areas.
Stage production area with empty containers for the following shift.
Assist with preparing and disassembling equipment for operation or sanitation.
Stage ingredients in 50lb containers to maintain product flow.
Arrange meat as instructed and per specifications.
Comb, hang, transport, and stack product continuously.
Inspect products on a conveyor belt for quality specifications.
Essential Skills
Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
Ability to follow directions and work under minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Willingness to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment safely.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing, food safety, food handling, and food production.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
